Let us introduce ourselves! ♡ We are a couple who wants to share our hobbies, art, and passions with people. Creating quality, handcrafted items is something I've always loved to do. We both have a bit of an obsession with gaming and anime, too. We have prior experience in e-commerce and want to continue doing what brings us joy!

1. Q: I know you personally/I am local! How can I request a free delivery from you? A: You can place your order as normal through the check out screen and input your address. If you're in our delivery radius we will deliver your package straight to your door at no extra cost, plus you don't have to pay for shipping! Just select local delivery under shipping method.

If you're outside of our delivery radius you won't get the option to get a free delivery, however if you believe this is inaccurate please reach out to our email (info@shopsakura.org) or fill out a contact form . We can still deliver to you at no extra cost after confirming your address. *note: if doing this method, please only place your order after we have confirmed your address through email to avoid a possible cancellation of your order.

2. Q: What materials do you use for handcrafted items? A: When sourcing materials, quality is an important factor. This ensures each project comes out looking it's very best and is as durable as it is cute.

For my crocheted pieces, I use polyester and/or acrylic yarn. Additional materials like plastic safety eyes and polyfill stuffing are also frequently used with amigurumi.

For my jewelry, I will use glass, stone, crystal, plastic, or metal beads which may vary on each piece. Every piece will have jewelry cord, and metal crimp beads & clasps as the base.

3. Q: How do you price your items? A: Each handcrafted item for sale is closely looked at in terms of material costs, time spent working on a single project, hourly rate and costs to run the business.

ex. total hours x hourly rate + material costs = base price

A single project can take anywhere from 20 minutes to a few days of consistent work to complete, depending on size and detail. So as an artist it's important to keep prices fair so that I can continue doing what I love.

4. Q: What sizing chart do you use for your jewelry? A: Sizes may vary for each piece, but each listing will include the size in inches of the product. Measuring at home around your wrist or neck, you will be able to see how the jewelry will hang or if it's a fit for you.

Some of my jewelry will be under the made to order category. There, you may request a custom size through email if you'd like!

All sales on physical products are final. Due to the nature of the products in our store, we do not accept return or exchanges. If you find there is a concern with the quality of your received product please email with your concerns within 14 days. We are willing to help in any possible way to resolve your experience to a positive.

We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States! We're starting small but hope to broaden shipping internationally in the future. Thank you for your understanding.

Fulfillment

This is a business of only two people, I personally handmake my products and we fulfill and ship all products out. With that in mind, please allow 2-3 days for your order to be fulfilled. If you need your order by a certain date please contact us!(info@shopsakura.org) We will be happy to accommodate the best we can.

Shipping

You will be notified via email once your order has shipped. I advise that your order is shipped to a safe and secure address, as we are not responsible for any lost packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We will, however do our best to address any damage or delay issues with the carrier on your behalf.

♡ All creations I make are made with love : I put a lot of work in making sure my handcrafted items are up to my standards. Durability is an important factor for items to stand the test of time. I source quality materials from reliable retailers so my items are as cute as they are durable.

♡ All my crochet projects are one of a kind : Although I will use the same patterns and yarn, every project I work on will be unique and may not look identical to the last, however, they will remain accurate. I also have made to order listings, meaning, each piece will be one of a kind. That being said, if you are not satisfied with the craftmanship of the order you received, contact me.
